Guest access The entire house is rented by the guest, there is no one else on property. We do have biweekly landscaping service on the 1st and 15th of each month that the gardener will be on property taking care of it. We also have weekly pool service that will maintain the hot tub. We do ask guests to take trash cans out on Sunday night for early Monday morning trash pick up and then to bring the cans back into the property gates on Monday evening. Other things to note Casa Celeste is the the perfect spot to stay in Temecula Wine Country! Excellent choice is looking for an extended stay! The home is on a paved road and is a gated property. Close to all in Temecula Wine Country as well as City of Temecula. Get to freeway in 10 minutes or less. This home is set up to sleep 6 comfortable in the 3 beds in the 3 bedrooms, sleeping 2 to a bed. The pricing is for 6 guest. We do have additional charges for additional guests after 6 with a max allowed of 9 guests total. There is an additional suite off one of the bedrooms that has a full size pull out couch that can be used to sleep on or just enjoy the room as a sitting area with TV. The Primary Suite also includes TV. The 3rd TV is in the Family Room. As well as the Family Room couch slides out to a Queen Bed. We do follow and enforce all the Good Neighbor Policies of Riverside County. We do enforce occupancy limits and allow no events or parties at this property. This property is only intended for the guests staying at the home. If the amount staying at the home is lower then our occupancy limits then additional day guests are allowed on property with prior set up with the host of the property. No loud noise inside the home or outside of the home is allowed between the hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am. Respectful noise levels are allowed between 8:00am to 10:00pm. No fireworks or wood burning fires are allowed at this property. No indoor wood burning fires are allowed inside the home fireplace. Only the guests showing on the reservation are allowed on the property at all times. If Guests will have visitors on property you must inform management prior. Guests are not permitted at anytime to have any sort of gatherings or parties at the property. The property cannot be used to host any sort of events or parties. There is a strict 9 guests maximum on property at all times rule. No parties or events are permitted on this property at anytime. If guest is found having more people on property then what reservation shows the reservation is automatically ended and Guest will be asked to leave with no refund. The renting party must be 25 years or older. This property is set up to sleep 6 adults but up to 9. We do allow a max of 5 cars to be parked at the property during the stay. If you were to have more cars please inquire. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home at anytime or a minimum of a $500 fee will be charged. Pets will be considered with additional fee. Next store neighbors has 2 large dogs. The fence is secure but the dogs can see through. They are fine with people but we highly suggest to not let your dog roam the property to not cause any issue for either side. Property works great for those with pets that are not used to roaming and just stay close, etc. We do have AC & Heating systems at the home and do keep the AC's to go no lower then 72 degrees. If you would wish to have them lowered during your stay that is possible with an additional charge. Please coordinate before staying. This property is only streaming TV service only. This home is located in a Rural area that pests such as rodents, mice, rattlesnakes, ants, insects of all sorts, bot cats, coyotes, and mountain lions can be seen. This is common with many areas of Rural CA. Do not leave children unattended at anytime with how large the property is.
