"NiNi WoWo" NiNi is the owner of this house, and we have arranged the extra rooms into simple and clean spaces for guests. You can use the bathroom facilities outside your room separately. The house is located in the bustling center of Taipei, 3 minutes walk to Zhongshan Junior High School Station, there is a bus at the corner of the alley, 40 minutes direct to Taoyuan Airport, 5 minutes direct to Songshan Airport. There is a bicycle point (Ubike) at the entrance of the subway, which is very convenient to go to all attractions in Taipei, saving you time and money, and it is also convenient to go home to rest. There are 7-11, breakfast shops, a variety of specialty snack restaurants nearby, good living functions, and a large fruit and vegetable market and a comfortable large park. NiNi WoWo is an old apartment in a quiet alley, with a bright and comfortable living room for socializing, a simple and cozy room, a clean kitchen and a green balcony, as well as a washing machine and a laundry space. So when you're leaving, please turn off the lights and air conditioning to save energy. ⭐️During your stay, please keep your space tidy and do not eat or drink in the room to avoid cockroaches and ants. When ⭐️entering and exiting the balcony and door, please close the screen door tightly to prevent mosquitoes from entering, thank you! ⭐️To keep your home quiet at night, please lower the volume after 22:00 and do not use the washing machine. Thank you very much for your cooperation. The ⭐️washing machine is located on the back balcony, and if you need to do laundry, turn on the power and press start. However, if you have too few clothes, please use the washing machine sparingly to avoid wasting resources. ⭐️Please sort the garbage according to the regulations, rinse the cardboard boxes and PET bottles and throw them in the sorting box on the balcony, please pour the kitchen waste directly into the sink, do not leave the garbage in the room, thank you for your cooperation. There is filtered raw drinking water on the left side of the⭐️ kitchen sink that can be drunk directly, and there is also a hot water bottle for drinking hot water. ⭐️Please keep the listing key safe.
