Our corner is amazing and we want you to enjoy your stay a lot! It is designed to give autonomy and convenience to people in a wheelchair like me, Lene, as well as to share our experience in accessibility with others with disabilities, with reduced mobility, the elderly, families and friends who wish to enjoy the best they have in the Center of Rio! Here, we cherish the diversity and in serving everyone who wishes to stay with comfort and joy! The space Our home is cozy, comfortable, with the welcoming characteristic of our family because we live in it, and when we are not at home, we like to share our corner with other people, aware that they may want to stay longer, to enjoy what good our little corner has to offer! It is an airy property, of course, sunny but fresh, due to being on a high floor and being of backgrounds but with partial views of the Guanabara Bay, bridge Rio Niterói and Naval District, that is, fresh breeze from the sea. The acoustic windows, which makes the Studio quiet. Two single beds that come together, turn into a Queen bed of excellent quality and comfort and the sofa bed is also very comfortable; new, soft and fragrant bedding. Cabinets for bedding, small dresser and rackman adapted to the disabled person and with velvet hangers, where you can pass your clothes with our vertical iron. Smart TV with Netflix and Sky + Small area for remote work. Books for a good reading, paintings to admire the art of the authors! Very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, new induction pans, Oster brand induction cooktop, new plastic bowls and pots, new cooking utensils such as cutlery, dinner, tea and coffee games. Glass cups for water and juices; glasses for water, wine and sparkling wines. Hot and filtered water in the kitchen spout (internal filter and electric spout). Spacious kitchen cabinets and drawers. Disabled accessible refrigerator. The service area, with tank, lockers and clothes to dry small parts and towels, accessible to the disabled person, going down one clothesline at a time. 80cm wide, accessible to people with disabilities, with low mobility and the elderly. High PCD toilets, support bars in the bathroom and box, retractable hygienic bench in the box and shower and shower with excellent pressure to take a relaxing bath, with the bath amenities that we leave as a pamper for you! Mirror in the bathroom sink adapted to the disabled person and hairdryer fixed on the wall. Anyway, you will have a great stay and you will miss our home, wanting to visit us again! Our host, who will welcome you, is a special person: helpful, welcoming, likes people, meeting people and cultures and will know how to take care of you very well! We share our home with you because the best you have in it are the people who share it with us! Welcome home, nice stay and welcome home! Rio is awesome! So have fun and come back all the time! Guest access You can use the common areas of the building, such as the gym, coliving, coworking and the lounge with the pool, and a parking space, which is not a fixed space (see availability with the Co-Host - exclusive vacancy for PCDs). But we ask you to respectfully comply with the rules and rules of the condominium. On the Studio you will find a folder with these rules. Read on, please, and any questions, please contact the co-host who will receive you. We remind you that you are responsible for any and all objects in the Studio: physical damages will be charged separately, in the amount of the damaged object or its repair. And note the rules below: No smoking in the Studio: smell of smoke or trace of smoke is detected, a fine of R$250.00 will be charged. The use of illicit drugs in the Studio is prohibited: smell or vestige of use is detected, a fine of R$250.00 will be charged. No pets in the Studio: fine R$250,00. Access of people not registered at the time of booking, in the Studio, to the building and its premises are prohibited: fine of R$250,00. No sound loud and parties in the Studio: fine of R$250.00 (and subject to condominium fines - R$800.00). Forbidden to circulate through the building and in the elevators in swim and wet suits: condominium fines of R$800,00. The non-compliance with the rules of the condominium and the rules of good living in the common areas of the building, will result in a fine of the condominium (R$800.00 - according to the internal rules of the condominium) for us and which will be passed on to you! Gratitude! 🙏🏼 Other things to note There is a good market in Praça XV, in Lapa, in Rua do Riachuelo and in Praça da Bandeira, about fifteen minutes by car from the Studio, more precisely in Rua do Bispo. We have bakeries and cafes around the building. And you'll need to get food, medicine, and online shopping deliveries.
