Dock available to use from May to October. Other things to note Neighboring property shares garage so the only one closest to the door may be parked in front of when staying. Neighbor property line is at the garage divide and down to the lakefront space. Trespassing in the neighbors property is not permitted. You are welcome to tie up a boat on the dock from May-October and boat launch/public access just around the corner from the lake house to put your boat in.
