The third bedroom includes a queen bed, 50 inch television, and a spacious closet. The fourth bedroom, guests will find two twin beds, a 42 inch television, and a walk in closet. All of the bedroom televisions are equipped with fire-sticks for entertainment and Netflix. . In each bedroom, guests can find a dresser for storage space. each closet has hangers clean Towels,wash clothes and extra blankets,pillows and a night light if needed. all rooms in the home have a ceiling fan. We also provide a couple of portable fans The modern, and fully equipped kitchen is stocked with appliances such as, a tea kettle, toaster, air fryer, drip coffee machine, and a k cup coffee machine, rice cooker,a blender,microwave,dish washer and electric stove and oven. Guests can enjoy a meal at the dining table that seats 6 with extra seating at the kitchen counter with two bar stools. Guests have access to the full house. Two full bathrooms, one located in the hallway, second located in the primary bedroom. The cozy living room with a comfortable couch and love seat which allows guests to sit and enjoy a good book or a movie on a 55 inch smart tv with Netflix. Guest access Guest space is fully private, includes, the kitchen, two full bathrooms, four bedrooms, washer and dryer, entertainment room, fully fenced in backyard, primary bedroom with patio, Also a large deck off the kitchen with sitting for guests. In the backyard guests have access to the charcoal grill, Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the attic, which has a lock on it and the closet located in the laundry room which is a supply closet for the cleaners. Guest will not have access to the detached garage located in the far left side of the yard. Other things to note Guests should be aware that there are three stairs to go down in order to enter the entertainment room and washer/dryer. We have a queen blow up bed for extra sleeping arrangements if guests need the blow up bed you must notify the host before your arrival. All TVs have Netflix for guests to enjoy. We have a ring camera at the front door and side door and a camera on the detached garage that guests don’t have access to for the safety of the property and guests. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we ask guests to please be respectful of the neighbors. If guests would like to use the grill please let host know before the arrival day. Guests must still abide by the house rules and follow the quiet time hours when in the yard on the grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all food and trash when using the grill . The grill is not allowed on the deck.
