The space Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, hot water jug and a Nespresso coffee machine. It includes all necessary kitchen utensils, cookware, and table settings for up to 8 people, along with a fondue set and Raclette/Tischgrill for delightful meals. Bedroom 1: The main bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The room also features a spacious wardrobe with a mirror, providing ample storage and convenience for your stay. Main bathroom: The main bathroom includes a shower, basin with hand soap, and toilet for your convenience and comfort. Lounge and dining: The lounge offers a large TV with internet connection, a comfy couch, and a cozy lamp, creating a perfect space to relax. Enjoy the warmth of the open fireplace, complete with wood and paper for you to use. The dining area features a large table with seating for up to 10 people, ideal for family meals or gatherings. Terrace: The terrace features a large outdoor seating area, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. It’s also ideal for your dogs to roam safely, as the area is securely fenced. An umbrella offers shade on sunny days, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy outdoor meals or a peaceful moment. From the terrace, you can take in the beautiful views of the surrounding hills of Mogelsberg, creating a serene and private setting for your stay. Bedroom 2 and 3: On the bedroom floor, you'll find a spacious room with the flexibility of either two single beds or one comfortable queen bed, a small wardrobe, and a dedicated luggage storage area for your convenience. Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mogelsberg area while relaxing in the small seating area with a table. The second, smaller bedroom features a cozy single bed, with the option to add a cot for young children if needed. This room also includes a wardrobe and offers access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the serene outdoor space. Top level: The top floor features a bathroom equipped with a bath, toilet, and basin, offering all the essentials for your convenience. Additionally, it includes a washing machine and dryer, so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay. Guest access Please note that access to the house is via a long flight of stairs, and there are several staircases inside the house. Due to this, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who require wheelchair access. Other things to note Parking is available on the road above the house. If no spots are available, we also offer a designated parking space in the parking building at the entrance of Sonnmatt.
