Additional Units IWhile the villa provides complete privacy and independence with gated access, there are **three other units onsite**: 1. **The main house** on the middle level of the property, rented separately- it is a 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 guests. Guests interested in including this space can inquire about its availability. 2. **A 2-Bedroom Unit** at the far front of the property, available starting February. 3. **A Tenant Unit** located at the front gate of the property. Despite these additional units, the estate is expansive, ensuring ample privacy and space for every guest. Guests will have exclusive use of their villa and access to all shared areas, including the jungle trails, waterfalls, and mirador.
