MAINTENANCE 🧼 The pool maintenance team will access the property on scheduled days, and the gardener visits periodically to care for the outdoor areas. All staff are trusted professionals, and guests will always be informed in advance prior to entering the property. IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER Being located in the jungle, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues. Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
