Villa Osa Is our house, we design it thinking in what we enjoy when travel. Is our refuge in the exuberant south of Costa Rica. We decided for a bioclimatic design, in order to keep the house fresh with the least energy usage. The space We have a bedroom, with a double bed, some shelf's to put clothes and stuff. There is one celling fan. In the living room there is a bed/sofa for two people. Our house DOES NOT have air conditioning, we choose for a bioclimatic design to keep it fresh by natural ways. The water heater is solar based and we have a small pool, perfect to spend the afternoon. The kitchen has the basics implements and there is a fridge. Guest access Is a whole property rent. You can use the parking space without extra charge. The access to the property is using a security box Other things to note One of the most magical moments in our home is enjoying the sunset from the small pool. Seasonal birds often visit the trees surrounding the property, creating a unique natural show that's even more beautiful when seen from the water. Our house was designed with cross-ventilation and bioclimatic principles that keep the interior cool without the need for air conditioning. We invite our guests to enjoy a comfortable stay that’s in harmony with nature and has a low energy footprint. Hot water is provided by a solar-powered system, reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable lifestyle.
