In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to request your co-operation in observing the following rules so that all clients will be able to stay in our house in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. NUMBER OF GUESTS The number of visit guests must equal to the booking details. For security reason, the outsiders are prohibited from entering. Our place reserve rights to decline any stranger from entering the premises, strictly. CHECH OUT Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges: 12:00 – 02:00 pm = 1/3 of room rate. 02:00 – 04:00 pm = 1/2 of room rate. After 04:00 pm = full rate. If you leave your belongings in the room and don’t stay in the room after 12:00 PM, the cleaning process must be start. Please contact us to get your belongings again. PARTY You agree not to host any party and disturb the neighbors. NOISE Disturbance to other guests and neighbors including excessive noise, music, and unruly behavior is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND DRUG Smoking on the property indoors and balcony is strictly prohibited. Smoking area is provided at the back of the Condo on 1st fl. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property you will be charged an additional 10,280 THB (Ozone service 2,500 THB + Cleaning Fabric sofa 3,990 THB + Cleaning curtain and rug 5,590 THB) for a specialized clean to eliminate odors and remove chemical residue before future guests may use the space. Do not engage in any illegal activities and No illegal drugs anywhere in the property. CLEANING The Cleaning fee that you paid while booking covered the cleaning after you check out. Daily room service cover only; Vacuum, Change towels and Empty trash can. Extra house cleaning can be requested with 1,200 THB/time. (Include all bed sheets & towels). Extra towel can be requested with 200 THB/SET/TIME. Extra bed sheets can be requested with 250 THB/SET/TIME. Please report any existing damage to the unit upon your arrival and immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged for damages they have caused to the room, furniture, and other amenities. LOST OR DAMAGED KEY CARD Please note- This is the guest's responsibility and Unreturned and/or loss will be charged a 1,000 Baht/key-card replacement fee. INDEMNITY Guests and their visitor's actions, conduct, and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. We do not condone: unsafe, irresponsible, or illegal actions/behavior, etc. on or off the premises, during a stay, or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time. MAINTENANCE: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, we note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout: Outside work hours (after 5 pm - before 10 am) We will do our best to respond to all requests for repairs within 24 hours and organize a tradesperson within work hours. We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours. IMPORTANT: UPON ARRIVAL Our cleaning job is outsourced to a professional cleaning company, we take protocols to ensure the cleaning quality is satisfied by our guests. However, as humans we sometimes make mistakes, if they missed cleaning any area please take a photo and let us know UPON YOUR ARRIVAL! We will send the cleaning company back to rectify any issues on the same day. We DON"T accept compensation or cleaning fee refund to guests if they stayed. We are able to full refund if the guest check-out on the same day before 5 PM subject to unacceptable cleaning conditions. Photo or video evidence must be provided via Airbnb. OTHER Cooking inside the room is not allowed. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The following items are prohibited on the premises of the hotel. - Durian - Animals - Hazardous Chemicals - Explosive and Flammable substances - Firearms or weapons. Removing furniture or items from guest room is prohibited. You will be charged for any lost or damaged items upon check-out.
