Stunning modern home surrounded by a leafy rainforest. Relax and enjoy the tranquil surrounds or take a short drive and visit Maroochy river or the beach. Easy access to shops, restaurants and other local attractions. This home has two spacious levels with plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. Our youngest guests will enjoy exploring the garden and there is even a Vuly ninja set to help keep them busy. Minimum 3n booking. 5n minimum may apply during peak periods. The space The property is two levels. The entry level is the top floor and can be accessed without using any stairs. This level has kitchen, dining, lounge, plunge pool, main deck, Master bedroom (with ensuite), 2nd bedroom, kids' bedroom and main bathroom. Downstairs has another living area, deck with swings, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom and laundry. Other things to note Bunk room: the house comfortably accommodates 8 adults with the bunk room intended for children. Whilst one adult could sleep comfortably on the double bed at the bottom of the bunk, 2 adults would be a squeeze due to top bunk height. No adults are permitted on top bunk due to weight limits. Fire pit: there is a fire pit on the property which can be used in cooler months. Firewood can be purchased from a local petrol station. BBQ: there is a bbq on the deck which can be used. It must be cleaned after use, or an additional cleaning fee of $30 may be charged. Young children: please note that there is a pond in the garden and also a creek (during rainy season) the rear of the property, so take care with young children wandering the property. Commercial use: if property is proposed to be used for commercial purposes (i.e. photoshoots, retreat, workshops etc.) an additional fee may apply.
