(About 1.5 hours from Kyoto Station, about 2 hours and 20 minutes from Osaka Station) ーNearby ・Metasequoia Namiki Avenue ・Hakodateyama mountain The space ＜First Floor＞ ● Sauna Equipped with a sauna reaching up to 100°C, and you can watch YouTube or TV while enjoying it. There is also a cold bath (minimum 14°C) and a relaxation space with five infinity chairs. Enjoy your personal sauna time while listening to your favorite music and watching live videos! The cold bath temperature can be adjusted down to 14°C. Transition from the steaming sauna to the icy cold bath. Additionally, we have prepared five infinity chairs in the relaxation space. If the weather is good, you can also relax outdoors. Enjoy the countryside scenery, starry nights, snowy landscapes, and the feeling of nature while unwinding. ● Dining (Japanese-Style Room) Features a large TV and a spacious dining table where you can relax comfortably. HDMI cables are also provided. Ideal for corporate team building and retreats. ● Kitchen Equipped with pots, frying pans, kettles, knives, and other utensils to enable simple cooking. A refrigerator, microwave, and toaster are also available. There are two countertop IH cookers, so you can enjoy cooking dishes like nabemono or sukiyaki! Please note that no seasonings are provided for hygiene management. ● 1 Bathroom & Washroom Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are provided. A hairdryer is also available. ● Toilet There are two toilets. They are clean with a calm interior and equipped with washlets. ＜Second Floor＞ ● Bedrooms (Total 2) There is a bedroom with seven semi-double beds and another bedroom that can accommodate up to three sets of futon. Both are Japanese-style rooms. If you wish to use the bedrooms separately, please feel free to let us know. ＜About BBQ＞ The usage fee for the BBQ grill is ¥2,200 (tax included). Please prepare your own ingredients, seasonings, and charcoal. ＜Amenities＞ Bath towels Face towels Toothbrush Cotton Shampoo, body soap, conditioner Hand soap (No pajamas are provided.) Guest access The entire building is for rent. Please do not trespass in the neighboring fields and rice paddies. Other things to note ◆Notes◆ -Due to the location, there are insects depending on the season. Please understand this before staying. -There are many fields, rice paddies, and other natural areas in the neighborhood. Littering is strictly prohibited to protect the beautiful nature. -Please cooperate by separating your garbage. Please leave garbage indoors, or if you leave it outside, please keep it in a silver box. Birds and other animals will come and vandalize it, so please cooperate. -There are also residents in the neighborhood. In order to protect the living environment of everyone, talking loudly at night or early in the morning is prohibited. -The building is a traditional wooden structure. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
