Narra Hill – Hill House

The new HILL HOUSE by Narra Hill is a four-bedroom modern glass home surrounded by lush greenery, featuring an infinity lap pool with stunning views of Taal Lake. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this property offers a spacious open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with direct pool access. Now open for guests, it provides a luxurious retreat with balconies, outdoor relaxation areas, and unique, elegant touches throughout. Guest access Acess to a private pool and garden. Other things to note PLEASE REVIEW OUR HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is from 3:00PM to 9:00PM only. Check-out is strictly at 1:00PM. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. - Breakfast is served from 8:00-10:00AM only, we will ask your preferred time upon check-in. - We serve home cooked meals for our overnight guest, but you must order in advance. - Pets are allowed with a fee of PHP1,000 per pet per night. - No smoking indoors, including open areas of the Kubos (PHP2,000 fine per incident). - No open flames/candles allowed in the room. - We request: no footwear indoors (particularly on bamboo floors). - Strictly no loud music, parties and events. - Respect other guests and keep noise levels down. - Pool hours are from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, guests must wear proper swimwear. - Children must be supervised at all times. - We encourage you to conserve energy. Please turn off the lights/air-conditioner when not in use. ALSO BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING: - We do not accept card payments on site. Please prepare cash or be ready to pay via bank transfer. - An extra person fee applies for guests exceeding the 8-pax base capacity (maximum of 12 pax only). - There is no TV in the rooms. Wi-Fi access is available upon request and subject to availability. You can also bring a pocket Wi-Fi if you wish. - Sometimes signal is weak for mobile phones. - Our roads are quite steep, but quite manageable if taken carefully. - Guests must climb stairs to access the rooms. - The pools are not heated. - No lifeguard on duty. - Narra Hill will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property, we provide safe boxes in all of our rooms. - The Client will be wholly responsible for any loss or damages that occur during the stay (If you want a copy of the room’s checklist, please let us know). - We have CCTV installed around the property. - B&B staff leave after dinner, no round-the-clock service. - In case of emergency or urgent matters, please coordinate with our night Security Guard stationed at the Main Gate. - There are occasional occurrences of insects during the late afternoons to evenings, but these usually pass after an hour or so. - Sometimes the neighbors use their karaoke, which can be loud. IMPORTANT: Late check out fee is PHP 1,000 from 1:00PM-2:00PM, 25% of the room rate from 3:00PM-6:00PM, and 100% of the room rate beyond 6:00PM (subject to availability). FORCE MAJEURE and ROOM NIGHTS - REBOOKING AND REFUNDS: All dates affected by the following natural calamities can be rebooked or refunded. - Volcano Alert Level 3 and above - Typhoon Signal Number 2 and above - Earthquake - Magnitude 6 and above
