The bathroom for this room is not ensuite and located across the terrace passageway. It is a small bathroom with an unenclosed shower in the centre. Rooftop Terrace The expansive zebra-striped rooftop terrace has two sections - one covered and one open-to-sky. This is the place to take in the 180 degree views of the Kabini waterscape and jungles beyond. There is plenty of outdoor seating. Pop-open some bubbly and enjoy sundowners as you bask in pink sunsets. Heated Infinity Pool and Covered Deck The deck and pool area of Ira is where you are likely to spend all your waking (and some snoozing) time. The lake which seemingly merges with the infinity pool, is interrupted only by verdant lawns sloping gently to its shores. Mysore trumpetvines gracefully spiral the pillars of the long deck that wraps the pool. The vines are home to songbirds. On warm summer days, there is nothing better than cooling off with a refreshing dip after a dusty morning safari, while in the winter months, who would not like the idea of soaking in the warm embrace of a heated pool! Lie back on one of the loungers and have a nice G&T served to you. There is a lovely picnic table on one end of the deck, ideal for breakfast mornings. Kitchenette Separate from the service kitchen, the villa kitchenette is yours for some playful cooking with friends or family. It comes fully equipped, replete with an RO filter, a baking oven, a four-burner stove, a microwave, and a spacious fridge. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome your furry companions. Sharing a few guidelines to help make their stay comfortable. Do carry your own pet bedding, blankets or throws, as we do not provide doggie beds. Do not forget their towels, water bowls, treats, and favorite toys to help them feel at home. Pets are not permitted to climb onto or sleep on beds, sofas, or other furniture. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Please clean up after your pets, both inside the villa (in case of accidents) and on the villa grounds. Please wipe off muddy paws and ensure they are sufficiently dry before they enter the villa after their walk. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT Please note that a refundable security deposit of INR 40,000 will be collected immediately after booking confirmation. This can be paid via NEFT or UPI. The security deposit will be returned within 5 working days after checkout, minus any claims for damages, if applicable. Entry to the property will not be permitted unless the Security Deposit is paid. SIGNED BOOKING CONTRACT A booking contract form will be sent to you. Please fill-it, sign-it and send it back to us along with soft copies of photo IDs of all guests. HOME TRUTHS - Loud music and bonfires are strictly NOT permitted at the villa at any time, as per government orders. -Jeep/boat safaris are available at an additional cost. - Pets are welcomed at the property - Indoor spaces are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke outdoors, please use the ashtray provided. - Being surrounded by water, mosquitoes are present in the area. Staff have natural remedies to keep them at bay. - Keep your mosquito screens on all the time to avoid critters. For safety, please close all windows and doors when leaving the house. - Be sure to carry a torch and always be accompanied by villa staff when walking outside at night. - Elderly guests and children must always be supervised, as the pool and deck are barrier-free. - As it is a reserve forest area, electricity quality here is erratic. The villa has 100% power backup by genset in case of power cuts. - The bathroom for the rooftop bedroom for the extra guests is not ensuite; it is located across the terrace passageway. It is a very small bathroom with an unenclosed shower in the centre. This means that everything gets wet!
