Before booking your stay at Sky Villa, we would like you to be aware of a few important details to ensure your visit is as enjoyable and seamless as possible: 1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. 2. House Rules: To maintain the high standard of our retreat, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to our house rules: - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. - Pets are not allowed on the property. - We encourage a peaceful environment, especially in the evening, so we request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10 PM. - Outside visitors are not allowed and cannot overnight at the villa. Parties with music at the villa must be authorized by the host (but no parties during night hours and music cut off is at 11pm). The villa is located in a residential area. - No bonfire, open fires or fireworks allowed without authorization from host. 3. Accessibility: The villa is one story, making the whole villa accessible for guests with mobility issues. 4. Sustainability Practices: We are committed to sustainability and kindly request your cooperation with our eco-friendly policies: - Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices when not in use or when leaving the villa. - Please conserve water by turning off taps when not used. Water is precious in Africa. 5. Services Included: Daily housekeeping, linen, towels, and a range of toiletries are included in your stay. Concierge services are available to help you with any reservations, local activities, or general questions about the area. 7. Additional Services: We offer a range of optional services for an additional fee, including private chef services, in-villa massages, airport transfers, and pre-stocking of groceries. Laundry services; USD 10/wash and USD 5 for ironing per wash, private car, excursions, safari, sport activities and watersports, massage, nanny can also be provided to our guests.
