The dining table, placed next to the large French windows, offers a delightful view of the garden and mountains. The environment includes a comfortable double bed, a cozy wooden armchair, a desk, and a smart TV. The bathroom, designed with a minimalist aesthetic, includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures. Additionally, all guests of Residenza Ticino can access the wonderful shared terrace, where they can enjoy the beauty of the panorama. The apartment also offers a private parking space adjacent to the property. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
