Washing machine & dryer available for guest use. Heated towel rails in bathrooms – please switch them off when not in use. Important Note: There is no lift in this villa, so access to the bedrooms is via stairs. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the property. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. *Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. * Shower gel * Plate liquid soap * Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) * Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. * Garbage bags * Linens for the bed * Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s. 11. Other things to note For your comfort and convenience, please note the following scheduled maintenance: -Pool service is carried out every Wednesday afternoon. The technician will access the pool area briefly for cleaning. -Garden maintenance takes place every Friday morning. The gardener will only access the garden area. These services are done discreetly and with minimal disruption to your stay.
