St. Williams House/Cottage with a hot tub

This 3 bedroom cottage has modern upgrades but still having that cottage feeling. All beds are comfortable aswell as the baby crib. hot tub. Fire pit in the back yard. Front and back deck with a BBQ. Lots of parking. Plenty of grass space for activities and sports. There is a basketball net and 2 hockey nets. Beach is only 7 min away. The cottage has a standby generator system that will automatically turn on and off. Hot tub is open all year round The space Top floor has a big balcony that over looks the livingroom. Also a long balcony on the second floor that's lets you enjoying the full view of the back yard. Rooms are fair size. The single bed in the livingroom is a cot. Guest access No access to a main floor bedroom and garage. Both will be locked. All rooms shown in the listing are available. You get the hot tub to yourself. Other things to note The cottage has security cameras on the perimeter. Bring bug spray as they do come out at night. We provide propane and a spare in case you run out.
