Our Studio includes a comfortable double bed (an additional single mattress for a guest is negotiable), wardrobes, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a set of Tramontina cookware, among other facilities. We have a backyard space with a pool and a beautiful hammock for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Come! Also, we are well located 2 km from BR 101 (leads to the best tours such as Beto Carrero, Balneário Camboriú, Floripa, Joinville) and we are 1 km from Rod. Jorge Lacerda Highway (toward Gaspar, Ilhota, Blumenau and Pomerode). We have a neighborhood market (with butcher and bakery), pharmacy and health center in the same block as the residential complex. And, a large Komprão supermarket 1 km away. Gas station with a large convenience store and self-service laundry 2 km away. Easy access to BR 101 (northbound and also southbound) just over 2 km away. There is free parking on the street (depending on availability at the time) and a dedicated private space inside our residential complex. These are paid separately. Check availability. Come! Guest access We have a numerical password for all self check-in accesses: from the entrance door to the residential area to the studio door. We'll send it to you hours before your check-in.
