The space Everything you need is just a few steps away! The main street and Punta's restaurant strip are just a 10-minute walk away. Right on the main road you will find a mini-supermarket, restaurants, tacos, tlayudas and juices, breakfasts. Going further? Just go out and wait for the passenger vans (blue) that for $12 pesos will leave you on the main boulevard and you can get to the market or request a taxi. We also have an agreement for scooter rentals Guest access You will have access to the Bungalow and the shared pool areas Included: -Wi-Fi - Ceiling fans - A refrigerator - Gas grill - Coffee maker - Towels - Sheets - Soap -Balcony with an ocean view Garbage collection and toilet paper supply every 3rd day 🎖️For a one-week stay, we provide a complimentary change of linens and general cleaning 🧺 Other things to note It is on the second floor, so you will have to climb some stairs *All communication is through the app, there are no reservations for third parties ℹ️Important information • Garbage collection is done every third day to keep the space clean and tidy. • Toilet paper is replenished every third day. • General cleaning, as well as changing sheets, towels, and bedding, is done once a week for extended stays. • Puerto Escondido is a developing destination, so occasional power or network outages may occur. • The house is in a quiet area, although it is possible to hear sounds typical of the environment such as birds, dogs or nearby buildings. • Insects and lizards are part of the local ecosystem and may be present in the area. 🎖️Just to clarify, hot water service is not advertised in our amenities, as we use solar heaters that depend on the weather. We suggest opening only the left handle to get the warmest possible water. Also, because of the warm weather in the area, bathing in warm water can be very refreshing and pleasant. Hope this helps!
