The space The home offers 3 bedrooms with plenty of bed/sleeping options for any combination of guests. Filled with modern amenities the space offers everything to make for a wonderful vacation. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for those guests with big families. The property has several sitting areas and spacious land to enjoy nature in. Let the kids roam the yard with plenty of available activities such as soccer, basketball and more. Guest access Guests are allowed to roam the property with the exception of the front portion which is occupied by the host. There is well over an acre of land available for you to stretch your legs and make yourself at home. Other things to note No pets are allowed. Service animals will be considered with prior notice/approval. However, any stay which will include a service animal on the property will require a $500 deposit. This deposit will not be refunded until there is evidence of zero damage to the property or its' furnishings. There will be no exception to this rule. The details must be communicated prior to the stay approval. Any guests who do not preauthorize this with the host and arrive with a service animal will be asked to leave upon arrival with no chance of refund.
