Swim, canoe, SUP our own Clear Lake, eat at CLBeer Spa, walk to Torrance Beach Lake Muskoka then BBQ/Firepit here under stars The space 1 main bedroom includes log beds: - Queen, - Bunk with double bottom and twin top Main area living room also includes a ‘pull out’ Queen bed. This optional added sleeping is a 6 inch foam mattress placed on a custom designed coffee table that becomes a queen sized platform for foam or blow up. Kitchen counter white quartz with white retro fridge/freezer Extra towels, quilts, blankets and pillows tucked in the two white armoires: 1 in bathroom with extra hanging for clothes and one in main living area along with drawers filled with games and shelves for your food storage Guest access 1 floor stairs entry from inside workshop/garage to living quarters. Lower level has two garage doors ( 1 fully glass facing the garden and lake). Interior garage and stairway windows provide natural light when walking through. Upper living area boasts large windows facing trees and water in main spaces with two operating windows in bedroom for cross breeze and in bathroom. Other things to note This is a quintessential Muskoka Lakes property with a combination of flat grass areas, trees ( large pines and maples) and Muskoka granite rock. The grounds have professionally designed hardscapes with granite boulder lined gardens and steps down to the water as well as metal firepits with Muskoka chairs for your use. Our docks are anchored with stable cribbing. Two docks: 1 main shared with owner, and 2nd dock private for guest use with canoe ready for you to head out and explore or dock your own boat or Seadoos in season.
