Built in January 2025. The house is in downtown Puerto Viejo, very close to restaurants and supermarkets, and 300 meters from Salsa Brava beach. Located on a very quiet street in the village, far enough away not to hear the noise of the village. The house is a studio type, 30 square meters. Its design is typically Caribbean, Victorian style. It has a double bed. The house is fully equipped. The space The house is built in the Caribbean style, built on pillars and with a typically Victorian design, very typical of Afro-Caribbean communities. The interior is decorated with paintings by renowned local artists. The house is fully equipped. A kitchen with everything you need for cooking and drinking water. Full bathroom with hot water. A closet to store clothes, mosquito net and fan. And a small corridor overlooking the garden. We have parking on the property and a good fiber optic internet connection. We have a LAUNDRY for our guests' free use, with 2 washing machines, soap, softener and a clothesline. We have several new BICYCLES available to guests, free of charge for errands or for rent for $5 if you want to use it for the whole day. The area is ideal for cycling along the beaches. In the laundry room you will find beach items, mats, towels, sarongs and free use snorkeling equipment. You'll also find some board games. If you want to do a TOUR or activity in the area, we can help you with the information you need and help you make reservations. We have an agreement with the main local tour operators, who offer us discounts. In the house you will find a detailed map of the area and a list of activities. For over 20 years we were administrators of the Puerto Viejo Tourist Information Office, so we can advise you well. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood, the garden and the forest that surrounds us, where you can see some animals such as sloths, agoutis, iguanas and hear the song of countless birds and the howl of the congo monkeys. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself, with its small private and fenced garden.
