You have a private courtyard with BBQ from the fully fitted kitchen and a patio from the bedroom. The bathroom is en suite with a comfortable shower with a rainfall shower head, towels, shower gel and shampoo. A small dining area for two overlooks the Juliet balcony with stunning views of the forest. The living room has a sofa which can be quickly converted into a bed. The 32" TV has a selection of channels and Netflix can be accessed with your own account log in. Fast WiFi and a quality air conditioning system are available. A pool (available during summer months) and another patio is also just a short distance from the house which includes more dining space and sunbeds. The road next to the house is quiet and provides access to the town of Sertã one way (12 mins by car) and the river beach the other way (15 minutes by car).
