"7 Girasoles" is really a very quiet, beautiful, bright and fresh space. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and not miss anything. We are willing to resolve any concerns of the tenants. Everything works perfectly, the water pressure and temperature are excellent, so you can take a very pleasant bath. The house is ideal for relaxing, the bed is very comfortable, the wifi is perfect. It has everything necessary for you to feel comfortable and don't miss anything. You can count on us to solve any ask you may have. WIFI works amazing, just like everything else. READ WELL! (Here are some details that are going to work for you) - THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY SAFE - THE NEIGHBORS ARE VERY FRIENDLY (THEREFORE WE TRY TO TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER AND RESPECT US) - QUIET PETS ARE ALLOWED!!!! (it is mandatory to take out to do your necessities outside the complex and pick up your waste and then throw it in a trash can) - HAS A GRILL FOR YOU TO ENJOY ROASTED MEATS OR VEGETABLES. (The grill is located in a private courtyard, but out of respect for the neighbors you must be quiet after 10 pm) - THERE IS ONE BIKE AVAILABLE SO THAT YOU CAN MOVE SHORT DISTANCES and WALK (If it suffers punctures or breaks of some kind, the user is responsible for the expenses) - the HOUSE IS REALLY COOL (therefore does not require an AC. It also has a fan). READ WELL (here are some facts you may find usefull) -The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. -The neighbors are very nice (that's why we try to respect and look for each other). - ¡¡¡QUIET PETS ARE ACCEPTED!!! (you must take them out of the residential complex to do their needs and clean it after) - WE HAVE A GRILL FOR YOU TO ENJOY MEAT OR VEGETABLES ROASTED (you can find the grill on a private backyard, but to respect the neighbors you must keep silent after 10pm). - THERE IS A BIKE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO MAKE SHORT DISTANCES OR TAKE RIDES ON IT (if it suffers any kind of hurt, the user must take responsibility on the cost). -THE HOUSE IS REALLY FRESH (that is why there's no need of air conditioner on it. Anyway you can count on a fan).
