We truly appreciate your understanding, and we are available for any questions or support you may need during your stay. 😊 The space This two-bedroom apartment is a comfortable and practical choice for those looking for space and privacy. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom, opaque curtains and space to store clothes, ideal for short or long stays. The living room has a sofa bed and a third bathroom, which makes the stay more comfortable when several people are traveling. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking: electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, standard refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and essential utensils. From this area you can also access a private balcony with partial views of the Caribbean Sea. The apartment has air conditioning and fiber optic internet up to 100 mb, perfect for working, resting or streaming without interruptions. It also includes an underground parking space inside the condominium, which gives you greater comfort and security during your stay. A practical, comfortable and conveniently located space to enjoy Playa del Carmen at your own pace. Guest access At the condo reception there are security guards 24/7, you must check in with them to be provided with a wristband that you must use during your stay, also, you must return it at check-out. You can use the building's common areas such as its rooftop, infinity pool, gym, business center, and Jacuzzi. Other things to note The condo is a five-minute walk from the public beach, the ferries to Cozumel Island, the ADO bus terminal, and the "Paseo del Carmen" shopping center. The entrance to the Playacar residential complex is the same distance away.
