Pets: Terms and Conditions The regulations will be waiting for you in the apartment. Filling it out completely upon arrival is mandatory. We operate fully safely and maintenance-free. Please send the signed regulations (photo) by text message to the number Failure to sign the regulations may result in cancellation of the reservation. Please report all comments immediately upon arrival and only during check-in hours 3-10 p.m. After 8 p.m., contact with the facility is only possible in emergencies and only via text message. Later check-in and check-out is possible only after prior agreement with the facility. The facility strictly prohibits parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and apartment reservations in order to invite more people than specified in the reservation. At the time of the event, the reservation will be immediately canceled and the guest will be charged a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000. Pets are allowed only upon request and with the consent of the facility. Additional fees apply. Up to two days PLN 100 at a time, over two days PLN 150 at a time. Failure to report this fact will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500. Only the number of people specified in the reservation can stay in the apartment. For each person who is in the apartment without our knowledge and consent, a contractual penalty of PLN 500 will be charged. We can check this on cameras in the common areas of the building.
