The historic Zacharias House

Our home is centrally located in the Virginia Park Historic District, which marks the northern boundary of Detroit's New Center. Homes in the district were built in the early 20th century. Our home was constructed in 1909, and built to last forever. Our neighborhood has a strong sense of community and is dedicated to preserving the historic character while fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment. The excitement of midtown and downtown are easily accessible from this charming neighborhood. The space This is a 5,400 sq ft house that can comfortably accommodate 14 people. The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 have queen beds and bedroom 5 has a daybed with trundle. There are two double sized convertible couches in the third floor living room. There are three full baths and two half baths. There is a full-size kitchen on the first floor and a smaller kitchen on the third floor. The house has a finished basement with a pool table and a game table. There are five Smart TV's throughout the house. There's a privacy fenced backyard and patio. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and backyard.
