Owner may be willing to host larger family gatherings aka "events", reunions, or special occasions at an exclusive premium event rate. Guest groups of larger than 14 are considered "events". Guests will be required to sign and agree to the owner's vacation rental agreement before confirming this reservation. NO PETS! Pet's are not allowed, not even service animals due to owners medical condition related to pet and animal dander. Homeowner has an exemption from Airbnb to not allow any type of animal even service animals on this property. NO SMOKING/Vaping in/on the property or on property grounds Home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests but may require additional guest stay or visitor fees. $2000 refundable security/Damage deposit will be required for this reservation and is taken by owner once it's booked. Excessive AC use or not following house rules for HVAC use may result in a security deposit holdback.
