Curated with luxury in mind, this unique property is furnished with high-end custom log furniture and one-of-a-kind amenities that will leave you both pampered and speechless. The lower level boasts a private, indoor heated pool & hot tub making any stay relaxing and memorable no matter what time of year! Perfect for exploring the area, local wineries and premium golf & ski venue. The space Adults and kids alike will have a blast playing with the many amenities that this property has to offer! These include a pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board and foosball table! There are 4 televisions located throughout the house, two of which include an Xbox or Playstation gaming system. There is a designated kids’ area with toys, games and both a TV and special table just for them! Sit back and listen to your favorite music on the Bluetooth enabled, whole-house sound system and look forward to hours of fun in the warm, heated pool, as well as much deserved relaxation in the hot tub just steps away. After the winter fun has ended, The Lodge offers endless ways to enjoy the outdoors and warm weather! The home features a large, wrap-around porch with 13 adirondack chairs and two gas grills. The back of the home has a large patio with ample seating for meals and gathering, as well as gas and wood burning firepits. Plenty of outdoor games are available to our guests , including Ladderball, Spikeball, Corn Hole, Badminton, Horseshoes and more!! The home sits on a large lot next to a quiet pond which offers both privacy and a beautiful backdrop as you enjoy the property and entertaining guests. A fully equipped kitchen with 20 place settings, flatware and cookware is available for guest use. Complimentary waffle mix, syrup and butter has been provided for our guests. Luxury coffee and tea bar is located to the left of the fireplace on the first floor. Coffee mugs are located underneath the bar and disposable cups are located in the kitchen. Additionally, a whole bean coffee maker/grinder is available for bigger quantities or preference, with coffee beans located in the freezer. All beds feature luxury bedding and pillows for our guests' comfort. We also have three queen size blow-up mattresses located in the closet off the kitchen should additional needs arise. Hot Tub and Pool Addendum This Rental Agreement Addendum is incorporated into and made part of the Rental Agreement executed by the owner and the Guest, referring to and incorporating the rented home. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs and pools. Guest agrees to use the hot tub and pool at their own risk. The Owner(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the hot tub or pool. Guest who signs this agreement will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential hot tub and pool hazards and rules. Before unlocking or using the pool/hot tub area, Guest(s) must completely review and understand the safety items listed on this page. The Guest is responsible for operating the hot tub in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Please shower before and after using the hot tub and pool. This is because some lotions or makeup mixed with the chemicals can cause a rash. Showering after pool or hot tub use will lessen the likelihood of rashes related to exposure to the chemicals. Never wear jewelry into a hot tub or pool due to the chemicals used. Chemicals can also affect color-treated hair or damage swimsuits. If you have any medical condition (such as but not limited to, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, diabetes, obesity) or are taking any type of drugs please consult your physician before using the hot tub or pool. Persons who have skin sensitivities or open wounds should not use the hot tub or pool. If you have consumed or are consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs or have a medical condition that in conjunction with hot tub/pool use may result in drowsiness, do not use the hot tub or pool due to the possibility of losing consciousness with the possibility of drowning. Guest agrees not to use and not allow members of Guest's party to use any type of soaps, shampoo, lotions, bubbles, glitter, or bath oils in the hot tub or pool, as damage to the hot tub or pool and/or skin irritation may occur. If evidence of use of shampoo, bubbles, lotions, bath oils, or other substances is found in the hot tub or pool, your entire Rental (damage) Deposit will be forfeited. Do not take any products or items into or around the hot tub and pool, including glass, which may clog the filter, damage the hot tub, endanger persons, or cause injury, or skin irritation. Do not submerge your head, ingest the water, or allow the water to contact your eyes. The Guest is responsible for keeping the hot tub and pool clear of debris and keeping the area around the hot tub and pool clear of obstructions, neat and organized. Guest is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the hot tub or pool that is required as a result of negligence or misuse by the Guest, or the members of the Guest's party, above and beyond the amount of the Rental (damage) Deposit. Guest and Guest's party agrees not to run in the hot tub/pool area. Minors must be supervised by a capable adult age 23 or over at all times while in and around the hot tub/pool area. Inspect the pool and hot tub water before use. If too hot, cloudy, dirty, gritty, smells unusual, or you have any concerns about the water quality, DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB OR POOL and call the owners or maintenance for service. The cover must be placed back on the hot tub when not in use or not supervised. This keeps the water warm, prevents debris from entering the water, and keeps minors or unauthorized persons from entering the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if any of the suction fittings have been removed. DO NOT CLIMB, LEAN, SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. A damaged/broken hot tub cover will result in a charge to the Guest. Guest understands that the hot tub and pool are strictly amenities, and the use of an amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the Rental Agreement. Any interruption or non-availability of the hot tub or pool will not violate the terms of the Rental Agreement. If the hot tub is used frequently during your stay, be aware that the build-up of bacteria, body oils, and other foreign matter may overwhelm the hot tub's ability to neutralize the bacteria and properly sanitize and filter the water.
