Beautiful house on a quiet farm in Lapeer County

Relax with your family on this peaceful farm. Daley Acres is a perfect getaway for you and your family to experience country living! Located on 270 acres, this house and big yard will accommodate your group. We live and work on this farm. We are happy to show you around our farm when available this will include visiting the cows, horses and chickens. Enjoy scenic views from the deck, or on one of our many trails or a walk down the road. Spend a quiet night around the fire. The space About this space You cannot beat the views of this, close to town home situated on 270 acres for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the magnificent sunrise on the deck. The home contains one King Master Bedroom, three Queen bedrooms and two Twin bunk beds and a single bed that's perfect for kids. There's also a queen air mattress and a single pull-out. The large kitchen offers a countertop that seats 4 and all of the essentials to easily cook at home. Not in the mood to cook? Lapeer is only a 15 minute drive, and contains many restaurant options with delicious food. Outside The large yard is perfect for outdoor games and activities! Our home comes with corn hole, frisbee and a playset for the kids. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It includes chairs and floats to choose from to enjoy your private pool time together on our beautiful farm. We also offer many books, toys, board games, and Amazon Prime for a quiet night in. Guest access A few days prior you will receive all the information needed for a smooth check in. The door is an electronic lock so it is seamless to check yourself in! After that you will be able to enjoy your stay. Guest access NO EVENTS-or outside visitors. Other things to note Please use the pull-out sofa beds for sleeping and not the couches. No pets are allowed. No Events No SMOKING or Vaping in the house or garage areas. Please roll umbrellas down or store back in the pool house after using. We get a lot of wind and they tend to blow over causing damage to the tables and fence. We are happy to assist with the solar cover if needed. Please roll up and unroll carefully, it can rip easily and it is brand new. If you keep the solar cover on when the pool is not in use, the heat will stay in and the debris will stay out. Pool can be heated for a $40 daily charge. If you use the Corn Hole game, please make sure that everything is put away for the night. Put garbage in the cans that are in the garage. We do recycle paper, plastic, glass and cans if you could help us with this, that would be appreciated.
