Blue Bungalow| 30A | 1/4M Beach!

The charming, airy, Blue Bungalow is located within walking distance to multiple beach access points (1/4 mile away), less than a mile to the picturesque strips of Rosemary Beach, Seaside & other famous 30A attractions! The Blue Bungalow is inspired by the quintessential Florida beach side aesthetic that offers all the essentials to make your next beach getaway feel comfortable, relaxed & right at home! This cozy space even includes all your beach essentials so you don’t need to bring them in! The space As you arrive at the Blue Bungalow you’ll be greeted with a private drive, large enough for two to vehicles and an up to 35 ft trailer. Please do NOT park anywhere on the grass. We just laid brand new sod and would hate to see it get damaged. The driveway has been expanded to allow for ample parking spaces(: The newly remodeled, open concept kitchen and dining room welcome you as you walk through the front door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking, baking, happy hour, grilling, laundry, and coffee! Everything for your morning brew and laundry is on site so there's no need for those hurried grocery store trips when you arrive! Though, there is a great Publix a mere two blocks away if you should need anything! Master Bedroom- Off of the dining room, the master bedroom and bathroom sit adjacent to one another. The master bedroom hosts a queen sized mattress with luxury, high count linens, a smart tv, and ample clothing storage. Any extras you could need are also located in the small hall closet! Bathroom- Enjoy a fully stocked full bathroom with all the essentials you could need and a brand new, spacious walk in shower! Living Room- Situated in the heart of the home is the quaint, beach styled living room that boasts a 55 inch smart tv with bluetooth connections for speaker access, a spacious sofa that can double as a pull out bed upon request and board games for all ages! This cozy space is the perfect place to relax after a long beach day to craft those lifelong memories! Bedroom 2- Directly off of the living is the secondary bedroom, designed with kiddos in mind! The room hosts a twin sized bunk bed with luxury linens, a smart TV, and ample clothing storage. Backyard- Not in the mood for a beach day? Enjoy our action packed backyard stocked with corn hole, a fire pit and lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, a brand new grill with any utensils you could need and an outdoor shower! That's not all though! Headed to the beach? We’ve got you covered with all the beach essentials you could need. Enjoy a tent, 4 lounge chairs, a large buggy, sand castle buckets and shovels! Enjoy the cute, surfboard inspired outdoor shower to rinse off after a long, hot beach day! Guest access During your stay, enjoy the entire house and property as private to your property. The day of check in you'll receive a unique, randomly generated code to access the smart lock on the front door. Other things to note While the bungalow "can" sleep up to six guests with the pull out couch, it ideally suites small families or couples looking for a perfect beach get away. Should you want to use the pull out sofa, it must be requested prior to the date of your check in. This is simply to allow our cleaners enough time to bring the additional linens over and make sure the pullout is ready for you (:
