Visitors - Visitors are only allowed between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We strictly follow the number of guests declared in the booking. Undeclared guests or visitors who stay overnight will be charged accordingly. 2. Road Condition – The road leading to the unit is rough and uphill. Low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty navigating, especially if you’re not used to this type of terrain. 3. Parking – Cars must be parked outside the gate, while motorcycles can be parked inside the property. Rest assured, the neighborhood is safe for parking. 4. Access – The loft is accessible only via stairs. If you have elderly guests or individuals with mobility issues, this unit may not be suitable. 5. Kitchen Use – The kitchen is only equipped with a rice cooker, electric kettle, and personal refrigerator—perfect for simple meals and storing your essentials. 6. Pets on the Property – We have several dogs, including a friendly, untied Aspin guard dog. If you’re uncomfortable around dogs, please take this into account. 7. Host’s Residence – This unit is an extra space we decided to host, and we live downstairs. But guest and host access are separate. Please assess if these conditions work for you. If you’re comfortable with them, we’ll be happy to approve your booking. Important Note: ⏺️ Be ready for a bit of walking! Since there’s no elevator, you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the loft. If you’re with elderly companions or anyone with mobility issues, this might not be the best option, as the stairs can be quite a challenge for them to manage.
