Complete Kitchen Equipments for self cooking Other things to note HOUSE RULES Government Compliance: Guest IDs: It is mandatory to sign the consent form at the time of Check-in and provide ID (Aadhar / DL / Passport) for all the guests. General Rules: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; smoking is allowed only in the open areas. • The pool is used at the guest's own risk. Property staff will not be responsible for pool-related incidents. We do not provide pool lifeguard. • Do not to eat or drink on the beds and avoid rearranging the furniture. • Quite Time – Please avoid loud music or tone it down specially after midnight. • Visitors are only allowed in the open area. No visitor is allowed inside the building except the registered guests. Please contact us in advance if you are expecting a visitor(s). • Please keep the balcony door closed to prevent insects or lizards from entering. • Access to the terrace is strictly prohibited. Any guest found accessing the terrace will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. • No drugs, rave parties, or prostitution. The local police will be informed if any guest is suspected of engaging in such activities, and reservations will be canceled without a refund. • Free street and in-house parking are available. Please do not park in front of the property gate. There are only 4 parking slots inside the farm. • Report any damages immediately. Any damage to the property will be charged accordingly as per the actuals. • Lost key incurs a replacement fee of INR 1000. • We have zero tolerance policy for misbehavior towards our staff. Useful Information: • Free welcome drink are provided on arrival. Sugar and tea are available in the kitchen wardrobe. • Meals are available upon request and are chargeable. Please place your food requests well in advance. • Housekeeping is available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Contact the caretaker for service. • To minimize our environmental impacts, we change the linen only on request. Hanging towels will not be changed. Every additional towel apart from the registered guests will be provided at a fee of INR. 150 per towel. • Iron board / Mixer / Pressure Cooker are only available on request for no fee, connect with caretaker for the same. • Dental kit is available at INR. 50 per kit (1 toothbrush & 1 paste), please call the caretaker. • We provide portable room heaters only during winters which is chargeable, INR. 300 per night per heater. • Main door gets closed at 10 PM for the safety of our guests. • Trash – We request you to keep all the trash in dustbins provided in-house and help us keep the property clean. • All the common areas outside the building are equipped with security cameras for the safety of our guests. Going Out / Checking out: • Check-out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out until 12:00 pm incurs a fee of INR 5000. After 12:00 pm, a full day’s charge will apply, with no guarantee of continued reservation. • Remember to turn off ACs, fans, and lights when leaving. • Return the key to the caretaker if checking out and clearance from the care taker is mandatory before check out. Nimboli Farms are Green Stays: • We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We do not serve packaged drinking water; RO water is available. We avoid single-use products and provide reusable towels, slippers, hand wash, shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. • Guests can choose to skip cleaning services or daily towel/linen changes to help reduce environmental impact. Towels left on hangers will not be changed. Linen changes will be made only upon guest request. We aim to make your stay enjoyable.
