Pauline's Place: Nestled amongst hills with a fantastic view, this is a very stylish space for you to relax and unwind. An ideal get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Beaches like, Revdanda, Kashid, Murud Janjira, Nagaon, Akshi, Alibag etc., are within a 15 mins to 60 mins drive away. Veg/Non Veg Food can be ordered through our caretaker and a nearby resort also does home delivery. We can accommodate 12 guests comfortably. Come & Experience the Perfect Blend of Luxury and Calm The space The Space - A vibrant 4BHK bungalow in a lush, green environment awaits you, boasting a very spacious lawn area and mesmerizing views. By design there are two bungalows on the property. The first one has one bedroom with attached toilet and a hall. The hall has a sofa bed as well as working table and a refrigerator. A small kitchenette is also there. The toilet has a double door and can also be accessed from the outside patio. The other bungalow has a large spacious living room with a sofa bed and additional sitting areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 2 burner gas stove, full-size fridge, microwave oven, cooking utensils and cutlery. We also have a washing machine. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and attached washroom, another bedroom with queen size bed that opens out onto the veranda. The washroom is just outside the entrance door. There is an additional open design lounge cum bedroom with a sofa bed and an attached washroom. All the rooms across the entire property are air-conditioned. We have a double inverter setup for power cuts. The Property can accommodate six guests in the existing beds. there are three sofa beds that can accommodate an additional six guests, and additional mattresses can be organized for up to four extra guests. The entire property is covered by a google mesh seamless and reliable wifi connectivity that we use ourselves for work from home when we visit.. Authentic village home cooked meals can be organized by our caretaker at reasonable rates. The food is delicious, and we order ourselves when we visit. There is also a resort nearby that delivers food. Basic meals can be prepared in the kitchen, but there are no provisions stored from a cooking perspective. Water availability is 24 hours and we provide 20 ltr bisleri with dispenser for drinking water during your stay. We have a very large size inflatable pool (10ft x 5ft x 3ft) that can be setup in the veranda. It is available on request at a nominal extra charge, please let us know in advance if you wish to use it. Guest access Entire Property is exclusively available for you during your booking.
