Built during the French Revolution, the structure has all the charm of the past but with modern amenities. Bedrooms Equipped with AC, attached washrooms and a projector. Plus, the French-styled interiors add a unique flair. It's like stepping back in time. The space As you arrive at ITHIHASA villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious parking area and a welcoming entrance. The caretaker will be on hand to help you with your check-in. BEDROOMS - The property features 2 such beautifully curated bedrooms. - All the rooms offer a variety of amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi access, a king-sized bed. - Please note that extra beds can be arranged upon request. - All rooms are also equipped with an attached bathroom. - The bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM - Relax and enjoy the warmth of the living room of our charming Villa featuring two large sofas. - It is also equipped with music Speaker and wifi. - It opens up to a comfortable outdoor seating as well where you can enjoy the mesmerizing views. - there is an in-house temple in the home. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and an over the counter cooktop. - Basic Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Important Dining Information: -Strictly Menu-Based: We kindly request that guests order only from the set menu. -Advance Orders: All meal orders must be placed at least one day in advance. -No Snacks in Between: Please note, we are unable to provide snacks or additional items between meal times. -No Customization: We kindly ask that no special requests or menu customizations be made. Other things to note 60 KM from Alibaug Mandwa Jetty 2KM from Nidi Railway Station PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE PROEPRTY. We have a Alacarte Menu Available at the property. Refundable security deposit: A security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. -credit card and debit card payments are not accepted on the property. -Original ID Proof of all member to be submitted at Check in. -This property has Inverter backup that lasts for 3-4 hours only once the electricity goes. -Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm. - For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the use of hookah and any kind of legal/intoxicating substances is not permitted on the property.
