It is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, and invites you to feel good and relax. The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions in the area. Whether hiking, biking or excursions to the sights of the region or to the Alps - here you can design your holiday to your heart's content and discover the most beautiful corners of the Inn Valley. Due to the mix of traditional and modern, we have created a cozy atmosphere with all the comfort for relaxing vacation days. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa bed, a kitchen, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Complimentary linens, towels and toiletries are available for you, of course. The terrace is accessible via its own entrance door around the corner. Included in the nightly rate is the use of the garage, which has direct access to the house. There is also the possibility to leave your own bikes or ski equipment free of charge and use washing machine and tumble dryer. Important: The garage door is 2.45 m wide and 2.02 m high, please check the dimensions of your car in advance. Apartment Liesl has underfloor heating only in the bathroom. Therefore, we are happy to provide you with slippers to make your stay more cozy. The following amenities are also available: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar and various spices, vinegar and oil, detergent, dishwashing tablets, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, cosmetic towels, hot water bottle, shopping bag, shoe spoon and two bottles of water to welcome you. Hochstätt is a tranquil and quiet place, ideal for relaxation and nature. Within walking distance is a cozy inn with home-style, traditional cuisine. Several lakes in the area invite you to swim, walk or cycle. For families, there is a nearby children's playground. A bus stop is only 200 meters away and offers good access to Rosenheim or Wasserburg am Inn. The nearest supermarket is 2km away in Schechen. Other things to note Located in a charming region with many excursion possibilities: Rosenheim is only 12 km away, Wasserburg am Inn 18 km and Rott am Inn 4 km. In Rott you can visit the famous Rococo church. Various restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. For swimming enthusiasts, there are three swimming lakes within 5 km. The Alps can be reached in about 45 minutes by car – perfect for hiking or winter sports. Thanks to the good location, you can reach Munich in 1 hour, Salzburg in 1.5 hours, Kufstein in 45 minutes and Lake Chiemsee in just 30 minutes by car. Ideal for day trips!
