Activities that produce noise and disturbance to neighbors are prohibited from 00:00 to 10:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. * Respect the flowers and plants throughout the premises. * Respect the concierge’s working hours. * Dispose of garbage bags, diapers, and waste in the municipal street containers, never in front of the apartment doors or in the bins. The concierge will not collect garbage bags. * Use the bins and try to keep the building as clean as possible. * Do not leave lights on unnecessarily. * Leave the facilities as you found them. Swimming pool rules: * The use of the pool by non-residents is strictly prohibited. It is everyone’s duty not to allow access to anyone without a key. This will prevent most illegal occupations. * Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Bathing is strictly prohibited for children under 12 without a responsible supervisor. * Residents are reminded that food and drinks (except water) are not allowed inside the pool area, nor are chairs and loungers. Glass bottles or containers that may break are especially prohibited. * Do not leave any kind of waste or objects in the common areas. * Playing with balls, balloons, or any inflatable that may disturb other users is prohibited. * No animals are allowed in the pool area, even on a leash or with a muzzle, except guide dogs for the blind. * The use of personal hygiene products such as gels, soaps, etc., is prohibited. * Bathing is prohibited for anyone with infectious or contagious diseases. * Proper swimwear must be worn to use the communal pools. Do not enter the water in street clothes. * Do not go into community areas, stairs, hallways, or elevators while wet, as it is dangerous. * Respect the neighbors' rest hours from 00:00 to 10:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. Showering before each swim is mandatory. * Babies must wear diapers. If feces are found in the pool, the community will close it to treat the water. Leaving the garbage in the apartment costs €10 per bag. Unwashed dishes incur a charge of €10. Damages to furniture and appliances will be claimed with prior communication. The apartment must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. (check for late checkout); €30 will be charged for a delay of up to one hour at checkout. Keys and remotes must be returned, with a cost of €35 for losing the garage remote and for changing the cylinder if the keys are left in the lock. The air conditioning should only be used when inside the apartment; excessive use will be penalized with the full deposit. Any issues related to the accommodation must be reported within the first hour after receiving the keys.
