The master suite on the western side of the home features incredible ocean views, a spacious closet, full bathroom and direct access to the pool lounge area. The 3 bedrooms located on the second level of the home feature ample space as well as 2 complete bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen also includes basic cooking ingredients such as condiments, cooking oil, coffee & sugar. Also a full laundry room with detergent is included on our property and a half bath as well. Fast WiFi is available along with Chromecast and Firestick to stream content to the TV. The community is spread out across the mountain, ensuring ultimate privacy for each home. There is a security code for the gate and the house that will be provided. Parking space for 3+ cars is available. 4x4 vehicle is required! Type of vehicle Toyota Fortuner / Suzuki Grand Vitara 4x4 or similar. Hyundai’s have a difficult time going up the mountain.
