Beautiful apartment in Resort Ilha da Madeira - Riviera de São Lourenço, with partial sea view and privileged location (120m from the beach by a nice walking path). Access to the resort's leisure structure: swimming pools (heated and covered), fitness center, courts, etc. Included beach services, daily cleaning and 24-hour reception. The space Our apartment is on the third floor, facing the beach and facing the blocks and very wooded area. Our space comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two bedrooms and gas-heated showers. There is a balcony (with protective screens) and furniture to stretch your legs to the sound of the sea and birds. Living room with a cozy sofa and Smart TV (wi-fi included, can install your netflix). Dinner table with 6 seats and enough to prepare a tasty breakfast and simple and uncomplicated meals. Guest access Our apartment is used for rentals only and we hope our guests will feel totally comfortable. We are at the Madeira Island Resort and can enjoy the excellent structure and service that the hotel offers us. The following are included: chairs and umbrellas mounted daily on the beach, careful cleaning carried out daily by the governance team, 24-hour reception with attentive professionals and all leisure facilities: swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzi, toy library, game room, cinema, among others. There are also excellent quality services not included that can be paid for on site: restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, cafeteria (snacks and sweets), hairdresser, shop, spa, pilates studio and eco-tourism tours (all with their own schedules and operating policies). Other things to note Bed and bath linens are offered for four people. Exchanges during hosting are not foreseen. We don't offer pool towels, so we recommend bringing your own pool towels, robes, cangas, etc.
