Beautiful apartment in the Ilha da Madeira Resort - Riviera de São Lourenço, with a partial ocean view and a privileged location (120m from the beach along a pleasant walking path). Access to the resort's leisure facilities: swimming pools (heated and covered), gym, courts, etc. Includes beach services, daily cleaning and 24-hour reception. Breakfast is separate (paid on site). The space Our apartment is on the third floor, facing the beach and the courts and a very wooded area. Our space comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two bedrooms and gas-heated showers. There is a balcony (with protective screens) and furniture to stretch your legs to the sound of the sea and birds. Living room with a cozy sofa and Smart TV (Wi-Fi included, you can install your Netflix). Dining table with 6 seats and enough to prepare a tasty breakfast and simple and uncomplicated meals. Guest access Our apartment is used only for rentals, and we hope our guests feel completely at ease. We are at the Ilha da Madeira Resort and can enjoy the excellent structure and service that the hotel offers us. Included are: chairs and umbrellas set up daily on the beach, careful cleaning performed daily by the housekeeping team, reception with attentive professionals 24 hours a day, and all leisure facilities: swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzi, toy library, game room, cinema, among others. There are also excellent quality services not included that can be paid for on site: restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, cafeteria (snacks and sweets), hairdresser, shop, spa, pilates studio and eco-tourist tours (all with their own schedules and operating policies). Other things to note We offer bed and bath linens for four people. Changes during stays are not planned. We do not offer pool towels, so we recommend that you bring your own pool towels, bathrobes, sarongs, etc.
