Just outside of Torio Village, you will be walking distance to great restaurants, beaches and surrounded by nature with incredible views of the river and ocean while sitting on the deck high above the tree line. Our newly built, modern home has everything you could desire to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and most importantly -the feeling of being at home. Stay here for a cozy oasis in all the beauty of tranquil Torio. The space Newly built, our 2 bedroom home sits off the ground to afford views of both the river and ocean. Birds perch on the trees around the house and sing to you daily. We have a few beach chairs to use at the pool or beach along with beach towels so you don't have to worry about bringing them. Modern septic system and great water pressure! Guest access The house is yours to use as your home. There is a locked cupboard with supplies. Other things to note TV has typical apps: Netflix, YouTube, Prime for you to access. AC, Fans and washer and dryer are all new. The property has so many beautiful fruit trees, hopefully, you will be there to see some of the trees providing you fresh fruit you can pick in your own backyard! The pool has bench seats to enjoy an afternoon cooling off. Torio has periodic power outages. We have multiple portable lights on and on top of the refrigerator for use along with a few candles.
