Thus, the following devices are installed: • 1 doorbell camera and 4 active cameras (garage, left and right side of the house, back yard, pool) • Cameras are only activated by motion and will record video and audio for a short duration of time. • All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. • Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels inside the home. This device does not record video or audio. • An alarm will sound when noise level exceeds 90 decibels. Guest access Entire home Other things to note 🔐 Check-In Time: 4pm 🔐 Check-Out Time: 10am By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use are not allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 9pm - 8am. Any noise complaints from our neighbors will result in early termination of your stay. We will dispatch our local security team to escort guests off the premises. In the event of early termination due to violation of House Rules, your reservation will be non-refundable. In the event our security team is called out due to a noise complaint, guests are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 3. No lifeguard on duty and please swim at your own risk. Adult supervision is required for all children using the pool. Follow all pool rules. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. 5. Each lost, missing, or damaged remote has a replacement cost of $200 each. 6. Vehicle owners are advised to read street parking signs. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations. 7. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. 9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night. 10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 12. No pets allowed. 13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 14. The following devices are installed on premise: • 1 doorbell camera and 5 active cameras (front door, garage, left and right side of the house, back yard, pool) • Cameras are only activated by motion and will record video and audio for a short duration of time. • All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. • Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels inside the home. This device does not record video or audio. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 15. By booking, you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents or deaths that happen inside or outside the property. 16. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENTS: CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. For a long-term stay (over 30 days) we have the option to request deep cleaning for a fee of $300 USD per cleaning. The cleaning process will be treated the same as a checkout and will take approximately 2-3 hours. EVENTS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Homeowner and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
