Santiago terrace Old Town Communal Pool

Duplex apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private terraces, ideal for families or groups of friends. With everything you need nearby, no elevator. During July and August, we have a communal pool with rotating hours. The space During July and August, we have a communal swimming pool with rotating time slots: 1- The pool is open from July 1st to September 30th. 2- Pool use is limited by time slots. Each resident is assigned four split time slots per week, either in the morning or afternoon: 10:00-16:00 or 18:00-22:00. 3- If your stay dates coincide with the pool season, please inquire about the available time slots before booking. 4- The communal terrace is accessible by elevator (not the apartment).
