Brand new apartment in the heart of Madrid located in the heart of the famous Barrio de La Latina. A few steps away from Plaza Mayor and Madrid's main attractions! Guest access In accordance with the new legislation on new construction and environmental impact, and also achieving greater energy efficiency by having a lower electricity consumption that is responsible for the environment, the apartment is available with heating/cooling/hot water through underfloor heating and aerothermal energy. Other things to note - It is MANDATORY that all guests send photos of all Passports or IDs of all guests staying in our apartment through Airbnb chat. - Airbnb does NOT allow third-party bookings. They DO NOT allow reservations on behalf of someone else. They require that the person who booked the reservation is the person staying at the property. - Smoking is PROHIBITED inside our apartment, 200 Euros will be charged from your deposit. - Late check-out without authorization will be charged 200 Euros from your deposit. - If you need bedding for the sofa bed or travel crib, you must notify us before starting the booking. - Minors are not allowed to enter without the proper legal authorization of their parents or legal guardian, and under no circumstances may they make a reservation on their own.
