Upon entering, you will be greeted by a cozy lobby with two comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing while you wait. You also have a fully equipped laundry room so you can keep your clothes impeccable with ease. Your accommodation is a warm and functional environment with a double cabin, integrated kitchen and private bathroom. In addition, it has an armchair perfect for resting or enjoying your favorite series and an ideal desk for working, studying or simply enjoying a good meal. Guest access Check-in & Access: The apartment offers self-check-in using a code sent via Hospy. Documentation required All guests and visitors must register in advance: Colombians: Citizenship card. Foreigners: Valid passport. Minors: Identity card and birth certificate are required to confirm kinship – without these documents, entry is not permitted. If they are not traveling with a parent or guardian, notarized authorization is required. Zero tolerance for child exploitation (Laws 1098 of 2006 and 679 of 2001). Additionally, we need: country and city of residence, place of origin, and purpose of the trip. Legal registration (TRA & SIRE) Colombian law requires guests to be registered in the TRA and SIRE systems. We use Hospy, a secure platform that complies with data protection laws. After your reservation, you will receive the link to complete the registration—an essential requirement to activate your access. Once we have received all the documentation, we send the codes on the same day as the reservation. Entertainment Guests must use their own Netflix account. We don't have cable TV. We're here to help you at all times. 🙌 Other things to note The lobby and laundry are spaces shared by all guests for their comfort and benefit. Entry of minors (Law 679 of 2001) They can only enter with at least one of their parents, who must prove their relationship with the corresponding documents.
