The space Our house is in an exclusively family gated community and has a prime location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. The house is well ventilated, is always delivered clean and sanitized, was decorated and furnished to be my home, a home that your family needs to have an excellent vacation.  It has 4 en-suites, plus a small bedroom measuring 2x2m, all with air conditioning. The beds are arranged as follows: 1st ground floor suite: A double bed and an auxiliary single bed, there is room for one more single mattress on the floor, this suite has support bars for the elderly in the bathroom. 2nd ground floor suite: A double bed and room to place up to 2 single mattresses on the floor. A 2x2 m room facing the outside of the house, it was a maid's room, but it has air conditioning and a sofa bed that measures 1.20x2.00 m when opened. 1st suite on the upper floor: A double bed and an extra single bed. 2nd suite on the upper floor: A double bed and a bunk bed, there is also room for another single mattress on the floor. It has pillows, 300-thread bedding. Kitchen with all the utensils. Swimming pool, sauna and barbecue area with brewery, all private to the house, and can be used 24 hours.  Garage for up to 4 cars.  500 MB fiber internet. If you need, I have a cook/maid to recommend.  Energy and water consumption is charged separately, in the summer for 12 people it is on average 120.00 per day the sum of the 2 consumptions, which may vary more or less according to the number of people and time of use of the air conditioners and the sauna, on the other hand we do not charge the cleaning fee. Guest access The swimming pool, sauna and barbecue are private to the house, that is, the guest can use them 24 hours a day, only the synthetic grass tennis court is for common use in the condominium and only for tennis. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible, please check with the host beforehand about availability. The daily rate set in the ad does not include water and energy consumption, please consult the host about the amounts. NOTE: In the gourmet area there is no freezer as shown in the photos, only the brewery.
