Relax after a day on the beach by sipping a cocktail in the backyard, gathering around the fire table, or taking a plunge in our private backyard pool! Three full bathrooms keep the mornings moving, the open living space brings everyone together, and the private pool is the natural gathering point once the beach bags are dropped. Our pool is available year round and can be heated in the cooler months for $40/night. Four bedrooms and a pull out sofa sleep ten comfortably, and the full kitchen makes cooking for the crew easy. You're a short walk from a quiet stretch of sand and a quick drive from Pier Park and the shops and restaurants along 30A. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire property including the fenced yard with a private pool and fire pit, the garage, and the complete interior of this 4-bedroom home. Other things to note Pets: Approved dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee, which covers up to two dogs, which is the maximum allowed at the home. All dogs in your group must be approved prior to your stay. We have the following guidelines: 50 pound weight limit per dog, and the following breeds are prohibited: Mastiffs, Bull Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, and Presa Canario. We also ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pool Heating: Seasonally, we offer pool heating to 82° for $40 per night of your stay. The pool does not reach spa temperatures. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, which means that we are only able to offer this add-on service when daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay. You will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit so that the heater has time to warm the pool. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a reminder so you can decide based on the latest forecast. We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the home immediately and will be liable for actual cleaning charges incurred. Please respect our home and wishes with regard to smoking! Cancellation Policy: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We are unable to provide refunds due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies. As you plan your trip, please familiarize yourself with the availability of seasonal and weather-contingent amenities in the local area. We will not issue refunds if a nearby attraction is closed. We will not accept requests to alter your stay within five days of your check-in date.
