The accommodation is easily connected to the city center by Metro A, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The area is full of shops, restaurants, and pubs, while being quiet and away from the chaos of the city. The wonderful Caffarella Park is within walking distance. The space The apartment is near the Appia Antica Regional Park. The accommodation has a private garden with tables and chairs; internally it consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a laundry area in the area in front of the bathroom. Two adults can comfortably stay in the room, while in the living room the sofa becomes a double bed if necessary. The kitchen has dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths. The parquet floor and the well-kept furnishings make the time spent here very pleasant and relaxing. The apartment is convenient for reaching the major attractions of Rome in one of the most populated neighborhoods but also more secluded from the chaos of the city. With metro line A (red) a 5-minute walk away, you can reach St. Peter's Basilica, S. Giovanni, the Vatican Museums, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, the Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, the Colosseum, and Termini Station. The ATAC bus terminal is also opposite. Within walking distance is the local market every morning, but not on Sundays. Check-in is allowed by 10 p.m. otherwise a fee of 50 euros is applied for late check-in. Guest access The apartment, completely independent, is accessible both from the main door of the building and from the gate that accesses the private garden.
