The beautifully designed pool, though smaller in size, is ideal for a refreshing dip and perfectly complements the home’s relaxed ambiance. The fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, seamlessly connecting with the living and dining area for a social and inviting atmosphere. The living room provides a comfortable space to gather, with direct access to the terrace and its panoramic views. The villa features two well-appointed bedrooms. One includes a king-size bed along with a queen-size futon, making it perfect for families or small groups. The second bedroom offers two double beds, ensuring a cozy and restful stay for guests. The third bedroom is on the rooftop featuring a magnificent ocean view. A short 5-minute walk down the hill leads you to the beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and waves. The villa also offers private parking for two cars, ensuring convenience and security throughout your stay. Guest access You have the whole villa privately to yourself. This includes the private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms all with their own independent bathrooms, 1 terrace and the pool area. You furthermore have a parking spot sufficient for two vehicles all for yourself. There are no areas shared with any other party. Other things to note This villa is being professionally administrated by Casa Mauna Vacational Rental and is associated with Casa Mauna, a hotel boutique in walking distance nearby which features delicious meals and excellent cocktails. Cleaning every third day during your stay is included. The main access to the house is via a public dirt road. During the rainy season, from June to October, the road may be affected by the rain but is always maintained so the arrival to the house is possible. If possible, we recommend to rent an SUV during rainy season. We can set you up with a private chef service through a third party company.
