Many local activities await you to make your stay an adventure! Thank you The space > ABOUT THE HOUSE... Casa Harmony is offering a familial and convivial atmosphere. Every corner is designed to make you feel at home. It is located in a quiet and familiar neighborhood, at the entrance of the refugee of Playa Hermosa and Punta Mala and louder parties are not allowed in general. (only inside the house) Restaurants and bars are 4 minutes away driving, Jaco 12 minutes. > HOUSE / RESIDENCIAL MAIN RULES .. PLEASE: . NO PARTIES , no loud screaming, no entertainers (you can ut the speaker inside, doors closed) . Do not overload the fridge (in one time, you might break it... ) and always leave the cold issues free . No smoking in the house, use ashtrays outside . Do not leave too much garbage inside to avoid unwanted little guests . Shower before entering in the pool . Lock all windows and doors when leaving . Report anything damaged . Let the owner know if something does not work fine or stops working immediately, it can most of the times be fixed on the moment . Do not leave wet towels on beds / pillows etc . If you accidentally lock a door, do not try to open it yourself, I have a copy . Only use the left whole side of the parking lot . The ocean in front is not for swimming and is not for beginners surfers. . Do not get into the Tulin river (30 min walk) . Save energy.. If you go on a tour for a whole day, I can help you turning on the ACs on before you come back so house is cool when you arrive. . Just in case, you never know, If you go swim in the ocean do not leave your valuables on the beach but it is mostly safe. . Parking in common area is forbidden . If you have guests, host must be advised and agree Guest access I like to meet my host and be there for check in. I can give instructions in a more efficient way about the house, residencial and in general that can make the stay better, answer questions etc... (A code for the car gate and walking door will be given to you the day of your arrival.) In case we could not meet for your check in I will leave you more specific instructions on how to get in on your own and leave the key of the house in a keybox (code given the day of your arrival) The guard works at the gate only at certain hours otherwise doing maintenance or else in the residencial, and lives at the entrance so almost always close by. > CHECK IN/OUT... I am flexible with check in/out depending on the availability and cleaning etc. The option to leave later or arrive sooner will be possible only with agreement and without disturbing cleaning if it happens that day, generally from 11am to 3pm (exemple: leave suitcases in living room, or stay by the pool)... to be talked with the owner Other things to note > ID... By law in Costa Rica the ID number of the person making the reservation is obligatory during registration / accepting for taxes payment. Please provide it. Thank you > TOURS: You will mostly receive a discount on tours booking with Casa Armonia or f you see a tour you like just ask see if the owner car get a better deal Many activities are available in the area from Horse back riding, zip lining, ATV, surfing, paddle boarding, mangrove and crocodile tour, tours to Isla Tortuga and Fantasia Island, Kayaking, monkey mangrove tour, Chocolate tour, Skydiving, Moutain bike, Waterfalls, Yoga etc... If you want to explore around on your own a car is recommended. Please make sure to review the description of each photo for complete information about the house. > GROCERIES... in Playa Hermosa there is only a mini market if you want to get groceries on your way you need to stop in "Automercado" (more expensive) in Herradura or "Más por menos" in Jaco > GUESTS.... Only people of the reservations are allowed to stay in the house. Unknown guests are not allowed in the residencial for security matters. An ID and name will need to be left with the guard. If you have friends coming over please advise the host and have here agreement. Parking outside the parking lot will only be accepted if agreed before. > PET RULES... please: . Be responsible. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the residential . Pets must be on a leash while inside the residential and parking lot . No dogs barking excessively . Do not leave your pets alone in the house . Make sure they do not disturb turtles on the beach or dig for eggs . If they go into the pool make sure their hair does not overload in the skimmer and make the filtering of the pool not possible . Bring towels for them to dry them after rain, pool, beach to avoid damage on walls and extra $ for painting charge to the guest etc... . Bring your pets bed. if they sleep with you on the bed bring your own sheets. some people are allergic and even washing bed covers is not enough extra $ will be asked if we have to send shits to a special cleaning service . Take off all carpets to avoid unwanted accident which would cause you an extra $ if we need water pression machine to clean them. . Do not feed your pets on the floor or grasse, bring them a bowl to avoid unwanted little guests.. (ants etc...) . Pets can not play on the couch, the material can easily be damaged by their paws . Keep the terraces clean of dirt or mud to avoid stains . they are not allowed to dig holes in the garden or damage the plants . Do not use the common areas or parking lot for their necessities, the street outside the residential in front is safe. . Anything damaged by the pet will be charged to the guest
